Nga Tai Whenua and Latham Construction are building a range of affordable two, three and four-bedroom houses on land sizes ranging from 160m2 to 350m2.

House plans have been created in parallel with the section subdivision plans. As a result the sections are modest in size – and thus more affordable – but offer more useable space than you would typically find in a traditional development. Front yards and boundary treatments have been considered together as a street composition, to create streetscapes that are varied and harmonious.

Designed for quality of life

The new homes at Belmont Village are a modern interpretation of the traditional, much-loved brick and tile concept. They will be warm, dry and backed by a 10-year construction warranty.

We have chosen ‘tried and true’ building materials that are cost-effective yet proven. Low-maintenance brick cladding is paired with elements of timber weatherboard, providing a pleasing visual contrast. Multiple roof forms provide streetscape diversity but feature simple detailing and make use of pressed tile roofing.

The result is a range of homes that look and feel unique, blending customised and standardised elements throughout the design.
